Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Coordinator. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the functionality and efficiency of our computer and telecom systems, providing technical support, and advising on IT choices. Responsibilities:

As an IT Coordinator, you will:

• Establish IT Protocols: Develop and implement protocols for the use of IT across departments and projects.
• Technical Support: Provide technical support and training for systems and networks.
• Hardware and Software Management: Install and configure software and hardware components.
• System Monitoring: Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate: Act as a link between end users and higher-level support.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with IT standards and functionality.

Qualifications and Skills:

To excel in this role, you should have:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Associate Degree: A degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or Computer Science.
• Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Work Authorization: Ability to work on-site in Puerto Rico with valid work authorization for the United States.
• Technical Skills: Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneDrive (minimum 4 years).
• Microsoft Teams: Experience with Teams collaboration platform (minimum 1 year).
• IT Technician Experience: While not required, having at least 2 years of IT technician experience is preferred.
