As a Delivery Helper, you play a critical role in ensuring that packages reach their destinations safely, efficiently, and on time. Every delivery you assist with directly impacts customer satisfaction and keeps operations running smoothly. Your work supports drivers, warehouse staff, and the entire logistics network.
Key Responsibilities

• Assist drivers with loading, unloading, and transporting packages
• Ensure deliveries are completed accurately and on schedule
• Handle packages with care, including fragile or high-value items
• Use scanning devices or tracking systems to log deliveries
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in vehicles and delivery areas
• Communicate effectively with drivers, team members, and customers
• Report any discrepancies, damages, or delivery issues promptly

What We’re Looking For

• Physical ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs safely
• Dependable, punctual, and adaptable to flexible schedules
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
• Previous experience in delivery, courier, or logistics roles is a plus
• Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment

Pay: From $52,122.00 per year
