Salary: $80,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience (DOE)

We’re seeking a creative and talented Social Media Advertising Designer to join our marketing team and elevate our brand’s presence through compelling digital ad campaigns and website enhancements.
Job Summary:
Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Digital Ads Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating high-impact, visually stunning advertisements primarily for Meta (Facebook and Instagram), with additional campaigns for TikTok and Google Ads. This role requires a skilled graphic designer with expertise in motion graphics and animation using Adobe After Effects, basic videography and photography skills, and a passion for creating ads that drive engagement and conversions. The designer will also support the Marketing Director with website UI/UX to enhance the Baseballism Brand’s digital presence.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand-Focused Ad Creation: Design and produce dynamic, creative, and eye-catching static and animated ads tailored for Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) to promote sales and elevate the Baseballism Brand, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Multi-Platform Ad Design: Create engaging ad content for TikTok and Google Ads, adapting designs to meet platform-specific requirements and audience preferences.
  • Motion Graphics & Animation: Use Adobe After Effects to craft compelling animations that enhance ad performance and captivate audiences.
  • Graphic Design: Develop high-quality graphics, including banners, social media posts, and display ads, using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software.
  • Videography & Photography: Capture and edit basic video and photo content to support ad campaigns and brand initiatives, ensuring high-quality visuals that align with Baseballism’s aesthetic.
  • Website UI/UX Support: Collaborate with the Marketing Director to enhance website user interface (UI) and user experience (UX), creating visually appealing and functional design elements that align with the Baseballism Brand.
  • Campaign Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing Director and marketing team to understand campaign goals, target audiences, and performance metrics to create ads that drive results.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs, videos, photos, and website elements adhere to Baseballism’s brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive visual identity across all platforms.
  • Optimization & Testing: Create multiple ad variations for A/B testing and optimize designs based on performance data and feedback to maximize sales and brand impact.
  • Stay Current: Keep up with trends in social media advertising, graphic design, animation, videography, photography, and UI/UX to ensure content remains fresh, competitive, and aligned with Baseballism’s audience.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
  • 2+ years of professional graphic design experience, with a portfolio showcasing ad creatives for social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads preferred).
  • Proven expertise in creating animations and motion graphics using Adobe After Effects.
  • Experience designing for digital advertising campaigns with a focus on engagement, conversions, and brand promotion.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects for animation and motion graphics.
  • Strong skills in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent software.
  • Basic videography and photography skills, including shooting and editing video and photo content for marketing purposes.
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Ads platforms is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro) is a bonus.
  • Creative Skills:
  • Exceptional eye for design, typography, color, and layout, with a focus on creating dynamic and eye-catching content.
  • Ability to translate marketing objectives into visually compelling ad content, videos, photos, and website elements that drive sales and brand awareness.
  • Strong storytelling skills through visuals, motion, and digital experiences.
  • Other Skills:
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment under the direction of the Marketing Director.
  • Understanding of social media advertising trends, videography, photography, and UI/UX best practices.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience creating short-form video content for TikTok or Instagram Reels.
  • Knowledge of performance metrics (e.g., CTR, CPA, ROAS) and how design impacts ad success.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI principles for optimizing website user engagement.
  • Familiarity with baseball, as campaigns will include sports-related themes and audiences tied to the Baseballism Brand.
