Qualifications:

• Proven ability to collaborate with customers to define issues and create a plan of action
• Excellent communication skills, both Written and Verbal
• Must be detailed oriented
• Open to working between the hours of 7:00am - 8:00pm if needed
• Effectively manage different tasks simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills and working knowledge of project management tasks
