As a Warehouse Sorter, you are the backbone of warehouse operations. Every package, parcel, or shipment passes through your hands, and your attention to detail ensures it reaches the right place at the right time. Your work keeps the supply chain moving efficiently, supporting teammates and ultimately impacting customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

• Receive, scan, and sort incoming shipments accurately
• Prepare outgoing orders for shipment according to operational standards
• Maintain organized and safe storage areas in the warehouse
• Operate scanning devices and warehouse management systems
• Collaborate with team members to meet productivity and quality targets
• Handle packages with care, including fragile and high-value items
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs safely
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Dependable, punctual, and adaptable to changing workloads
• Team-oriented mindset with clear communication skills
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or shipping experience is a plus but not required
