Job Summary
Growing manufacturer is looking for an IT Manager to add to their team. We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee and manage our organization's technology infrastructure and operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient functioning of all IT systems, leading projects, and providing support to various departments. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Lead and manage IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Manage outsourced IT service providers managing cost and ensuring work quality.

• Provide network support and engineering for both local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN).
• Oversee system administration for Windows and Linux environments, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions promptly.
• Manage IT budgets, resources, and vendor relationships effectively.
• Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure data integrity and security.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT management or a similar role.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment a plus
• Strong knowledge of network support principles, including WAN technologies.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications in IT management or related fields are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
