Team Lead - OCC/NOC

Blue Ash, OH (Onsite)
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | On-call as needed

Element is seeking an experienced Team Lead - OCC/NOC to join our Global Technology Operations Centre (TOC). This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence and ensuring the availability and performance of critical IT services across our global infrastructure.

You will lead and develop a team of TOC Analysts, oversee real-time monitoring and incident response, and serve as a key escalation and coordination point during operational events.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of TOC Analysts
  • Oversee real-time monitoring of infrastructure, applications, and networks
  • Ensure rapid incident detection, escalation, and resolution
  • Drive adherence to Incident, Major Incident, and Change Management processes
  • Support cross-functional coordination during high-impact events
  • Deliver SLA reporting, trend analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Manage vendor relationships and service performance
  • Maintain operational discipline, documentation, and audit readiness

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of people leadership experience in an OCC/NOC, Command Centre, or similar environment
  • Strong ITIL knowledge (ITIL v3/v4 Foundation preferred)
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
  • Hands-on knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and enterprise technologies (AD, DNS, VPN, Windows, virtualization)
  • Experience with monitoring/observability platforms
  • Proven ability to lead under pressure and manage critical incidents
