Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting and serving customers with a warm smile.
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and baked goods in line with Dunkin’s high-quality standards.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization for an inviting atmosphere.
- Accurately handle cash transactions and manage cash flow.
- Stay informed about and actively promote current promotions and Dunkin's loyalty program.
- Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure seamless operations.
