<Job Summary>
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented IT Manager to lead our technology initiatives and ensure the seamless operation of our IT infrastructure. In this vital role, you will oversee system management, security protocols, project execution, and vendor relationships, driving efficiency and security across our organization.

<Responsibilities>

• Lead the planning, implementation, and management of IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and cloud services.
• Manage network security measures
• Ensure robust disaster recovery and business continuity planning to safeguard critical data and operations.
• Supervise technical support teams providing desktop support, server management, remote access solutions, and user assistance.
• Maintain compliance with IT governance standards managing vendor relationships for hardware, software, and cloud services.
• Oversee project management activities

<Requirements>

• Proven experience managing enterprise IT environments with a focus on systems engineering, network engineering, and infrastructure management.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft SQL Server (Internet Information Services)
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms
• Expertise in network design involving remote access software, and network security best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams with supervising experience in technical support or IT management roles.
• Familiarity with IT service management tools
• Excellent communication skills paired with organizational skills to manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining high standards of analysis skills and attention to detail.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
