We help construction companies navigate regulation with modern tech—same-day inspections, automated permit workflows, and smooth municipal compliance. With the limitations of Monday.com now behind us, we’re investing in an in-house platform to reduce reliance on external consultants.

Role Overview

Lead the migration of core systems from Monday.com to a scalable stack built on Supabase (backend) and FlutterFlow (frontend). You’ll own architecture, development, and rollout of internal tools and client-facing apps with an emphasis on speed, security, and reliability.

What You’ll Do

• Design & build a modular platform on Supabase + FlutterFlow to replace Monday.com workflows.
• Develop internal tools/client portals for permit flows, inspection logging, and reporting.
• Integrate APIs & automate data pipelines across services and forms.
• Establish auth & RBAC, data models, and CI/CD best practices.
• Collaborate with ops/product to translate real workflows into performant apps.

Ideal Candidate

• 3–5+ years full-stack experience (backend architecture + UI logic).
• Hands-on with Supabase (Postgres, RLS, Edge Functions) and FlutterFlow (or Flutter + willingness to adopt).
• Strong SQL, REST/GraphQL, data modeling; ships iteratively.
• Comfortable reverse-engineering Monday.com logic and migrating to production-grade schemas.
• Bonus: CI/CD, secure auth, dashboards.

Bonus Points

• Replaced Monday.com with custom or more scalable platforms.
• Experience with Zapier/n8n and aligning code with ops tools.
• Familiarity with permitting/compliance or construction tech.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base: $100,000–$130,000
• 401K: 8% employer match (vests after 2 months)
• Health: $250/month stipend
• Hours: Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm ET
• Location: On-site preferred (Port Saint Lucie HQ); remote considered for exceptional candidates

• Won’t own the transition away from Monday.com.
