Location: Albert Lea, MN, 3 days in office and 2 days remote

Employment Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt, Hybrid
Wage Range: $120,000 - $140,000
Reports To: Director of IT & Project Management

Under the direction of the Director of IT & Project Management, the ERP Manager serves as the functional leader responsible for managing, implementing, and supporting business applications, including the Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central ERP platform, reporting tools, and internal line-of-business applications.
What You’ll Do
As our ERP Manager, you’ll:
- Manage, design, test, recommend, and oversee changes to the ERP environment.
- Leads support efforts for the organization's Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central ERP system.
- Designs and develops reports, simple pages, and basic customizations within the ERP platform.
- Serves as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and the external Microsoft VAR.
- Provides training on ERP processes and delivers support to internal users and production-floor users.
- Documents workflows, analyzes processes, and identifies opportunities for improvement.
- Manages and enhances integrated technologies, including Warehouse Management Systems, EDI (Electronic Data Interchange), Continuous Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and E-Ship.
- Develops and maintains reports, analytics and dashboards using JET Analytics, JET Reports, and Power BI.
- Supports and enhances internal line-of-business applications developed in C# and .Net that interface with the ERP system.
- Provides guidance on SQL Server best practices and support backup, index maintenance, performance optimization activities to ensure efficient ERP operations.
- Manages vendor relationships to ensure solutions align with the organizational needs and standards.
- Completes all assigned safety, compliance, and professional development training as assigned.
- Adheres to all Standard Operating Procedures.
- Complies with OSHA, HACCP, and SQF programs while supporting the company’s People and Safety culture.
- Demonstrates behaviors that support the organization’s Vision, Mission, and Values.
- Available for weekend and afterhours 2nd tier on-call support.
What You Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Supply Chain or related field required
- 5+ years of relative experience managing ERP systems and IT projects
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central, Microsoft SQL Server, SQL query language
- Proficiency in generating reports from SQL databases, including SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and Power BI
- Basic understanding of programming and scripting languages including: ASP.Net, C#, C/AL, AL, SQL, and PowerShell.
- Experience with Jet Analytics and Jet Reports
- Familiarity with identity provider solutions (Active Directory, LDAP, Entra ID) and their integration with business applications
- Strong knowledge of hardware and systems architecture, with the ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
- Extensive understanding of ERP concepts, principles, customization, configuration, and functionality, including workflow customization and scripting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, interpret technical instructions, and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to develop and maintain reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
- Detail-oriented, organized, with strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrates professionalism, confidentiality, reliability, and a strong commitment to achieving personal and organizational goals.
- Solid business knowledge of core business functions, Human Resources, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing and Production, Sales and Marketing, Accounting and Finance, Inventory Management, Operations, Customer Service, Order Management, Project, and Program Management.
- Ability to work independently while engaging as part of a larger team.
