Parker Service, Inc is looking to hire a Call Taker to join our growing team! Parker's is a family-owned and operated towing service that has over 5 locations throughout the Fort Wayne area, more than 140 large and small hook trucks/equipment and over 120 employees. Parker’s has been reliably and honestly providing excellent customer service to the Fort Wayne area for almost 90 years. We value our employees and understand the importance of work-life balance.

Pay starts at $16.00/hour with potential for growth!
Hours:
We are hiring both 6 am to 6 pm on a Swing Shift Schedule

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assisting Customers Over the Phone
- Using a Computer Program for Call Taking, Dispatching, and GPS Tracking
- Taking Credit Card Payments
- Keeping Accurate Records
Qualifications:
- Previous Dispatching or Roadside Assistance experience preferred, but not needed
- Ability to Multitask
- Communication Skills
- Adaptability
- Self-Motivated
- Ability to Work in Both Team and Independent Settings
- Willing to Learn
- Ability to Handle High Pressure Situations
