This is a multifaced position that requires the best candidate to be the lead managing all MSP products we use to support our team and clients. Design, build and manage AI automations and be a client-facing consultant to configure our software products to suit their needs and help build AI solutions for them.

This is not a full stack developer position. The main focus of the position will be managing the current MSP product stack, ensuring optimal performance of the tools as we research the best ways to leverage AI.

The candidate needs to thrive in a team environment and have a growth mindset to help grow our internal AI capabilities internally, and help our clients leverage AI for their business.

What You’ll Do

• Engineer internal tools and automations using PowerShell, Python, SQL, JavaScript, or C#
• Identify, install, and manage 3rd party applications
• Microsoft 365 administration changes relate to our 3rd party applications
• Build AI-driven workflows using Microsoft Power Automate, Copilot and other automation platforms
• Connect 3rd-party APIs and tools to streamline operations — internally and for clients
• Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to design and deliver impactful solutions
• Evaluate and integrate emerging tech — especially in AI, cloud, and SaaS automation
• Consult on SharePoint and Egnyte-based file sharing platforms
• Provide training and support for tools you help build or improve

What You Bring

Must-Haves:

• 4-5 years of software engineering or DevOps experience
• Strong scripting skills: Power Automate, PowerShell, Python, JavaScript
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server (stored procs, triggers, design, programming)
• Experience making configuration changes to dozens of applications to make them work more efficiently and integrating with different systems
• Love being on the cutting edge, naturally curious to figure out how things work
• Naturally detailed oriented
• Track record of using APIs to automate workflows
• Deep curiosity about systems — and how to make them better
• History of being a consultant in the technology industry
• High aptitude to learn new applications
• Growth mindset
• Self-starter attitude and problem-solving instincts

Nice-to-Haves:

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Copilot, Egnyte
• Experience in an MSP or fast-paced service environment
• Business analysis experience
• Project management
• AI integration or automation tooling exposure
• GitHub or other source control systems
