Personage is actively expanding our sales team and is looking for motivated individuals to join us as AT&T Sales Associates. This role involves working with both residential and business customers, offering customized solutions for internet, wireless, and TV services.

This is an entry-level opportunity designed for individuals who want long-term growth, professional development, and hands-on mentorship. No prior sales experience is required — we provide paid training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with residential and small-to-mid-sized business customers

• Educate customers on AT&T internet, wireless, and TV solutions

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate services

• Build rapport and maintain a professional, customer-focused approach

• Represent Personage and AT&T with integrity and professionalism

• Work alongside a team in an in-person, performance-driven environment
