Job description
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Data Science, with 2+ years in a people or technical leadership role
- Strong experience applying AI/ML in healthcare, life sciences, or regulated environments
- Hands-on expertise in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
- Proven experience with healthcare datasets (EHR, claims, imaging, clinical, or real-world data)
- Solid understanding of statistics, predictive modeling, NLP, and deep learning
- Experience deploying models in production environments (cloud-based preferred)
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align AI strategy with organizational goals
Nice to Have
- Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, or clinical NLP use cases
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Familiarity with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and model monitoring tools
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
