IT Support Specialist at Anglin Civil
Location: 12163 Globe St, Livonia, MI 48150
Position Type: Full-Time, In Office
Hours: 40hrs/week Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Seasonal extended hours dependent on weather
Anglin Civil is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an IT Support Specialist. This role will be integral in providing technical support and maintaining our IT infrastructure across multiple locations.

Anglin Civil specializes in providing comprehensive civil construction services across Metro Detroit, and beyond. With a commitment to quality and innovation, we deliver excellence in heavy construction projects, including snow removal operations at multiple large airports across the US.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily troubleshooting and technical support for employees who are both in-office and remote.
- Provide support for various applications used within the company.
- Provide phone and radio support to our operators during snow events at multiple airports. ***During snow events, shift length will be 12 hour shifts. This includes weekends and holidays.
- Maintain and support in-office equipment, ensuring functionality and efficiency.
- Perform organizational tasks to keep systems and databases up-to-date.
- Update and maintain equipment throughout multiple company locations.
- Install physical devices throughout the company.
- Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor when assisting employees.
- Communicate clearly and effectively when resolving technical issues.
Requirements:
- Microsoft 365 certification or experience is required. This position will navigate and configure users and settings in Microsoft 365 Admin on a daily basis.
- Strong understanding of technology and IT systems.
- Physically adept and comfortable with manual hardware installations and hands-on technical tasks.
- Ability to safely operate power tools, climb ladders, and lift up to 50lbs in various installation environments.
- Proactive troubleshooter with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Eagerness to learn and stay updated with new technologies.
- High level of accountability and responsibility in managing tasks and projects.
