Job description
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intelligence Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will support threat detection, identity security, and digital forensics operations across a range of client environments. You will work closely with leadership and operations teams to identify, assess, and communicate actionable intelligence findings that directly inform protective strategies for our clients.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science (preferred), or equivalent cybersecurity certifications from an accredited institution
Core Competencies
- Proficiency with the OSINT Framework for open-source intelligence gathering and analysis
- Working knowledge of CCTV systems and physical surveillance integration
- Experience in Digital Forensics and Incident Response (DFIR) methodologies
- Strong communication and technical writing skills with the ability to produce clear, professional reports
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency with computers and ability to learn new software systems quickly
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining operational standards
- Calm under pressure with sound decision-making abilities
- Professional demeanor and discretion when handling confidential information
- Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check
Technical Requirements
Threat Hunting
- Proactive approach to identifying threats that may be overlooked by automated detection tools
- Demonstrated expertise in evidence collection, preservation, and chain-of-custody procedures
AI & Automation
- Proficiency in leveraging AI-assisted detection tools to identify and address information gaps
- Ability to integrate automated workflows into intelligence analysis pipelines
Identity Security
- Comprehensive understanding of Zero Trust principles and their practical application in security operations
- Familiarity with identity lifecycle management and access control frameworks
Soft Skills & Professional Attributes
- Communication: Ability to translate complex technical findings into clear, non-technical language for post-incident reporting and client-facing documentation
- Critical Thinking: Capacity to evaluate data-driven conclusions objectively and challenge assumptions when warranted
- Inquisitive Mindset: Demonstrated curiosity to investigate anomalies, ask pertinent questions, and pursue leads beyond surface-level findings
