General Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Sanitize and clean dishes, silverware, and glassware by hand or automatic dishwasher.
• Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and surfaces, dispose waste into designated waste areas.
• Good people skills and a well-groomed appearance.
• Must have reliable transportation and a clean background.
• Must be knowledgeable of proper chemicals and techniques used in the course of job duties.
• Must have at least 1 year of experience.

Night Shift: 11:45pm - 7:45am, days vary
