Your Role:

As an Information Systems Security Compliance Analyst, you’ll take on a pivotal role in safeguarding the organization’s compliance with industry standards and ensuring robust information security practices. You’ll work directly with leaders like the CISO, CTO, and CCO to advance policies, manage audits, and oversee disaster recovery and business continuity testing—all while staying ahead of emerging threats.

What You’ll Do:

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with leadership to refine and enhance security policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and report compliance metrics and key performance indicators.
  • Stay ahead of evolving security threats and compliance requirements to maintain a strong security posture.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate potential security vulnerabilities.
  • Lead disaster recovery and business continuity testing efforts.
  • Coordinate compliance evidence gathering for audits like SOC 2, PCI-DSS, and NIST CSF.
  • Partner with third-party auditors, ensuring smooth processes and organized documentation.
  • Work across departments to ensure policies and procedures are consistently followed.

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain security documentation and incident response plans.
  • Assess third-party vendors’ security practices and provide internal support for compliance readiness.
  • Use your knowledge of AWS cloud services (CloudWatch, CloudTrail, RDS, S3, etc.) to strengthen security and compliance controls.
  • Deliver security awareness training to employees.

Universal Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and security trends.
  • Respond promptly to compliance requests and report potential data breaches.

What You Bring:

  • A bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Security, or a related field.
  • Certifications like CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Hands-on experience in risk assessment or compliance-related roles.
  • Familiarity with security frameworks like SOC 2, PCI-DSS, and NIST CSF.
  • Knowledge of AWS cloud services and their impact on security and compliance.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
