Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team in a fast-paced RV Roofing business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks that support production operations, ensuring efficiency and quality in our processes. This role requires physical stamina, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.
Duties
- Assist in assembly line operations by assembling components and fabricating products according to specifications.
- Utilize hand tools effectively for various tasks, ensuring safety and precision in all work performed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- This job is hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Hours are adjusted seasonally.
- We work on RV Roofs. Do not apply if you are scared of heights.
- Experience
- No experience necessary, but we prefer you are comfortable with power tools.
- Construction experience is helpful. We have to tackle assorted situations; from carpentry to fabricating to plumbing.
- A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions are crucial for this role. Our process requires being able to follow instructions and pay attention to detail.
- We are the only ones who do this type of rv roof system so we are totally prepared to teach you everything you need to know.
