We're looking for a quick-thinking problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate must be comfortable wearing multiple hats, can adapt to changing priorities, and demonstrates initiative in finding solutions. Candidate should be equally comfortable providing user support and working on systems-level projects.

DUTIES:
- Provide responsive onsite help desk support to address user issues promptly

-Assist in the administration and maintenance of business applications and systems

-Support IT infrastructure including networks, servers, and cloud platforms

-Contribute to IT projects from planning through implementation

-Perform system updates, patches, and routine maintenance

-Document procedures and maintain knowledge base articles

-Collaborate with vendors and service providers as needed

-Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support (as required)

- Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- 10+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration

-Strong troubleshooting skills with hardware, software and network issues

-Experience with business applications and enterprise systems

-Knowledge of IT infrastructure components (servers, networks, security)

-Familiarity with project management methodologies

-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

-Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
