What you will do:

• Manage Information Systems (MIS) operations including overseeing daily operations of network and server infrastructure, aligning IT infrastructure with current and future business requirements, evaluating risk, developing network recovery and backup processes, assessing and purchasing new and replacement hardware, assuring that IT activities are within the limits of applicable laws, codes & regulations, testing, troubleshooting and adjusting information systems to operate effectively and implementing security of the network, data and its storage and communication systems.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Installs, configures, and maintains the organization's LAN

Manage performance and maintain security of LANs.

Set up and maintain WAN and VPN for satellite offices.

Manage disaster recovery functions for IS to include backup and restore.

Responds to internal and external inquiries and requests for assistance with the organization's computer systems or PCs. Identify problems, troubleshoot and provide advice to assist users. Coordinates with other IS areas to resolve problems if necessary.

Manage telecommunications systems including voice, data, and video communication; responsible for assignment/tracking of MACF staff telecommunication and PC tools.

Upgrade and maintain servers, hardware, software, telecommunication connections, email and security systems.

Updates and maintains the organization established web pages and applications and provide support for external users in geographical area.

Provide guidance and support to the IT Support Specialist

Maintains appropriate inventory of all MACF IT equipment

Manage SQL server.

Manage Exchanger server

Manage File server

Manage IIS server

Manage Remote Access server

Manage Sage Accounting server

Who you are:

• You have at least a Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience with 3 years of relative experience equal to one year of form education.
• Certification in Microsoft systems is preferred.
• You are able to pass background checks.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
