Position Details: Fire Protection Apprenticeship for Full-Time Certified Service Expert.
Our Certified Service Experts play a vital role in maintaining and updating fire protection equipment for our clientele and conducting the required maintenance on fire extinguishers. This is an entry-level opportunity for candidates eager to develop hands-on skills and advance within the fire protection industry. As a Certified Service Expert, you’ll work on maintaining and updating fire protection equipment while building lasting relationships with clients. Through our Apprenticeship Program, you’ll receive paid training in technical skills, sales, and marketing, setting the foundation for growth within the company.
This is an entry level position, ideal for recent grads and those looking to start a career in a trade-industry. Full-time positions and advancement available after apprenticeship period is completed, we only promote from within.
Location & Schedule Expectations:
This role is based out of our main office in Midvale, UT, with a primary service territory in Utah County (Orem, Provo, Lehi, Saratoga Springs, Spanish Fork, and surrounding areas). New hires will complete daily training at our Midvale office for approximately 2 weeks (or until training is completed). After training, technicians servicing Utah County will report to the Midvale office twice per week, with the remaining time spent in the field servicing clients locally.

Position Highlights:

To Apply:
- Must be 18+ (required for state licensing)
- Must have valid driver's license
- BCI background check required for State Fire Marshal licensing; please disclose any background concerns. Convictions are at the discretion of the licensing department. Sexual crimes and crimes against children will not be considered licensable.
- We are also actively looking for team members based in the Utah County and Davis County areas for full-time positions after the initial interview and training period in Midvale, UT.
