Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to support our organization's day-to-day technology needs. This role is responsible for desktop support, Microsoft 365 administration, mobile device management (MDM), hardware procurement, and general IT troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will should have prior hands-on experience, be able to work independently, and deliver consistent, professional support without the need for on-the-job training. In addition to daily support duties, this role will oversee all in-house computer and iPads assets, develop and maintain upgrade/replacement plan, and handle all hardware procurement for the company. The IT Manager will also be responsible for equipping and setting up devices for field offices and remote engineers as needed.
- Provide desktop support for hardware, software, printers, scanners, and peripherals
- Set up, configure, and deploy PCs, laptops, and mobile devices
- Administer Microsoft 365, including user accounts, mailboxes, license assignments, and security settings
- Perform password resets and other account management tasks
- Manage and support MDM solutions for mobile devices, laptops, and desktops
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues, escalating when necessary
- Maintain documentation of support activities, IT procedures, and inventory
- Develop and manage a hardware maintenance and upgrade/replacement plan
- Oversee the ordering, tracking, and deployment of all company hardware (desktops, laptops, mobile devices, accessories, etc.)
- Coordinate IT setup for field offices and support engineers with hardware and configuration needs
- Collaborate with vendors and procurement to ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing
- Assist with general IT tasks and systems maintenance
Skills
- Proficiency in AWS, VMware, vSphere, Microsoft SQL Server, IIS, Active Directory, DHCP, LAN/WAN technologies.
- Strong knowledge of information security practices and network security protocols.
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Server environments and Linux systems.
- Familiarity with business continuity planning, disaster recovery processes, and vendor management.
- Excellent project management skills with experience in IT project management frameworks.
- Strong leadership capabilities with supervising experience in an IT setting.
- Effective communication skills to liaise between technical teams and management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting purposes.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Qualifications
- Proficiency with Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 administration.
- Familiarity with MDM platforms (Mosyle).
- Basic understanding of Active Directory and networking concepts.
- Basic understanding of Active Directory Group Policies
- Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
- Prior IT support or help desk experience is required.
- Ability to work with an escalation team when needed

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
