Job description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Analyst to support the Combined Arms Center's SharePoint-based Enterprise Portal Platform and associated Army Online Web Services (COWS). You will be responsible for the end-to-end administration, security compliance, documentation, content management, business continuity, and support operations for SharePoint 2021 and integrated technologies. You will work on-site to ensure uninterrupted operation of systems critical to the Army's mission, contributing to portal optimization, recovery planning, instructional delivery, and reporting.
**Must be a U.S. citizen with favorable background investigation and meet DoD IT Level II/III clearance requirements.

WORK SCHEDULE: Start Date: June 23, 2025 | Duration: 7 months
PAY RATE: $35/hour - $42/hour

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Ensure 24/7 operations of COWS, perform contingency recovery, apply STIGs, security patches, and manage RMF requirements
Develop, maintain, and update technical documents including architecture, deployment plans, security plans, operations guides, and user handouts
Administer Microsoft SQL Server databases and manage technical diagrams, integration points, and system interfaces
Provide daily maintenance, build-out, and content support for CAC portals, ensuring 508 compliance and operational integrity
Deliver classroom and video-based Microsoft 365/Army 365 and SharePoint training, maintain training schedules, handouts, and registration systems
Produce weekly/monthly system activity and task reports, dashboards, and project summaries, and attend/record meeting notes for stakeholder briefings
Maintain the C-Cure Access Control Security System and ensure security server uptime and reliability
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
Associate's degree in computer programming or equivalent practical experience
Minimum five (5) years' experience in enterprise-level SharePoint development and administration
Active DoD 8140.03 / 8570.1M certification (e.g., MCSE Cloud Platform & Infrastructure, Server Infrastructure)
Knowledge of AR 25-2 IT Level II requirements
Experience with Windows Server 2019 R2, SharePoint 2021, SQL Server, and related Microsoft technologies
Strong technical writing skills with the ability to produce 10-30-page system documentation and training materials
Demonstrated ability to support high-visibility, mission-critical environments within the DoD or government sector
