Summary

We are seeking a Senior Network Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of our network systems, ensuring optimal performance and security. Your expertise will be crucial in supporting our mission to deliver exceptional IT solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement network solutions to meet organizational needs.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure reliability.
• Collaborate with IT teams to develop and enforce ITIL best practices.
• Maintain documentation of network configurations and changes.
• Utilize network monitoring and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with security protocols.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Network Administrator or similar role in IT.
• Strong knowledge of network engineering principles including: OSPF, Multicast VLANs.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco, Meraki, and Extreme.
• Experience with SAN configurations and management.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server OS, VMWare, CentOS Linux, Office 365, Microsoft Intune.
• Security skills including experience with Arctic Wolf and Cisco Umbrella is a plus.
• Knowledge of Google Classroom is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of automation tools including: Powershell, Python, Javascript, Windows Batch, Bash Script, Ansible, Visual Basic Script, REST API.

This position requires the candidate to take ownership of the customer's network as if it was their own. Commitment to excellence is required. Approximately 90% of the work can be done remotely with the help of local smart hands. However, trips onsite for certain project will be required a few times per year.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
