Long Motor Corporation, “LMC”, specializes in aftermarket automotive parts with an international customer base. We are locally based in Lenexa, KS, but our customer base is global in scope.

**THIS POSITION IS ON-SITE ONLY**

We are seeking an experienced .NET Developer to design, develop, and maintain Microsoft-based software and web applications . The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. This role requires hands-on experience with .NET frameworks and a strong understanding of modern development practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop need-based software programs.
• Document testing procedures, error resolutions, and the overall development process.
• Analyze and resolve application errors.
• Maintain and upgrade existing applications.
• Prepare detailed end-user guides and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design effective programs.
• Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages.
• Stay updated on terminology, concepts, and best practices for mobile app development.
• Develop technical interfaces, specifications, and architecture.
• Use and adapt existing web applications for various app functions.
• Create and test software prototypes.
• Develop client displays and user interfaces.
• Assist software personnel with project-related work and requirements.
• Coordinate with other software professionals and developers.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server, and design/architectural patterns.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience using C# .NET.
• Proficiency in at least one .NET language (e.g., C#, VB.NET) and HTML5/CSS3.
• Familiarity with architecture styles and APIs (REST, RPC).
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Minimum 10 year of hands-on programming experience preferred.
• Knowledge of additional programming languages such as VB.NET, C#, and JavaScript.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective time management and collaboration skills.

This is an onsite position, no remote work.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Hangfire, Cloudflare, and Zonos.
