Our Security Operations Center (SOC) is at the forefront of protecting our client's infrastructure and applications from threats and vulnerabilities.

Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled SOC Analyst to join our Security Operations Center team in Wichita, KS. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in monitoring, analyzing, and responding to security incidents, as well as contributing to our proactive threat management and mitigation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor, detect, and analyze security incidents across network, application, and log intrusion detection systems.
• Respond effectively to security incidents and participate in incident handling efforts to mitigate threats.
• Maintain awareness of the latest trends in security regulations, technologies, and operational requirements to ensure compliance and protection.
• Collaborate with the team to enhance security protocols and contribute to a robust security infrastructure.

*Qualifications:*

• Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule, which may vary weekly based on shift availability.
• 1-3 years of experience in a technical support role, ideally within a security operations context.
• Demonstrated eagerness to continuously improve technical skills and obtain relevant certifications.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills and a focus on maintaining security and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Mac, Linux, and Windows environments is advantageous; however, a willingness and ability to learn are essential.
• Successful completion of a background check is required prior to hire.
• This position requires on-site attendance and cannot be performed remotely.

Compensation: Pay range: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
