Job Summary
We’re looking for a dependable and enthusiastic Package Shipping Associate to join our team! This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who enjoy active work and are looking to get started in a supportive and friendly environment. No previous experience is needed — we provide full training and on-the-job support.

As a Package Shipping Associate, you’ll play an essential role in preparing, labeling, and organizing packages to ensure they get where they need to go — on time and in perfect condition. Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare items for shipping
• Weigh, label, and organize outgoing packages
• Ensure packages are sealed and handled with care
• Assist with loading shipments onto trucks or carts
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow basic instructions and company shipping procedures
• Communicate with team members and supervisors as needed
• Handle materials and tools responsibly (training provided)

Skills

• Reliable, punctual, and eager to work
• Attention to detail and basic organizational skills
• Willingness to learn and follow step-by-step processes
• Comfortable standing and moving throughout the shift
• Able to work independently or as part of a team
