Job Overview

Accounting Transfer Solutions LLC (ATS) is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Clerk to support the United States Attorney’s Office in Denver, Colorado. This is a full-time, in-office position under a federal contract with no telework option.

We are looking for a committed individual who can work 40 hours per week (1912 hours per year), providing legal and administrative support in a dynamic federal environment. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with legal documentation, case files, and administrative tasks related to federal prosecutions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process a variety of legal documents including subpoenas, complaints, motions, and correspondence.
• Maintain files and records in accordance with Department of Justice standards.
• Perform docketing and calendaring duties.
• Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and evidence.
• Interact with court personnel, attorneys, and law enforcement staff professionally.
• Conduct general clerical tasks: copying, scanning, filing, and data entry.

Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor's degree preferred).
• At least 1 year of legal clerical experience or related administrative support role (federal experience is a plus).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a federal background screening.

Work Details:

• Location: On-site, Denver, Colorado (no telework)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week (standard business hours)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $33.00 - $45.00 per hour
