BeautificationPosition Overview:
We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our Beautification Team. This is a fast paced, hands-on role that includes general labor, groundskeeping, light maintenance, and facility upkeep — and eventually will consist of being trained to assist in our truck wash bay.

Responsibilities Include:

• Groundskeeping: mowing, weeding, picking up trash, light landscaping
• Cleaning and maintaining outdoor areas, sidewalks, parking areas, and around buildings
• Light maintenance tasks (painting, small repairs, organizing materials)
• Seasonal tasks such as snow shoveling, salting walkways, or power washing
• Assisting in the wash bay as needed (after training)
• Supporting the team with odd jobs or special projects as assigned

• Willingness to take direction and complete tasks thoroughly
• Attention to detail — you take pride in a job well done
• Physically able to work outdoors in all types of Minnesota weather (heat, cold, wind, rain, snow)
• Adaptable — no two days are the same
• Previous experience in groundskeeping, maintenance, landscaping, or general labor a plus, but not required
• Forklift, bobcat, telehandler, heavy equipment experience a plus, but not required

Schedule:

• Daytime hours
• Nights available after successful independent work ethic shown

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
