Job Summary:
Oversee multisite organization technology infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations, security, and efficiency. This position will be responsible for providing a full range of IT support and technology services to internal and external customers. Services include administration, maintenance and implementation of enterprise infrastructure including server upgrades, maintenance and support, network analysis and troubleshooting, helpdesk support, workstation troubleshooting and support. Includes interaction with and analysis of technology related issues, prioritization and resolution for support activities. Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a strong desire to grow their skills and career and take pride in owning, diagnosing and resolving issues as they come up.
Duties / Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to align with business objectives.
- Oversee the maintenance and security of networks, servers, and enterprise systems.
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures to protect company data and systems.
- Provide end-user support in both office and shop environments, such as equipment setup, software/hardware installation, and troubleshooting (printers, scanners, computers, peripherals).
- Provide IT support to fellow team members and advise upper management on technology changes that could benefit or hinder the business.
- Lead IT projects, including system upgrades, ERP and software implementations, technology to assist manufacturing, and the installation of hardware related to these initiatives.
- Provide support for IT issues, ensuring minimal downtime for users.
- Collaborate with external vendors, negotiate contracts, and effectively manage IT budgets.
- Monitor IT performance metrics, troubleshoot issues, and optimize IT infrastructure.
- Knowledge of industry-specific IT requirements and regulations is a plus (CMMC and NIST 800-171).
- All other duties as assigned or as required to support the best interest of the Company.

Qualifications:
Education / Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 4 or more years of IT management experience, preferably in manufacturing.
- Proficiency in network administration, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and ERP/database management.
- Knowledge of IT frameworks.
- Familiarity with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, etc.) and virtualization technologies.
- Self-starter with a strong attention to detail and good ability to communicate.
