Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Service Writer to join our team at Autoworx. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auto service management, customer service, and automotive sales.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to determine their vehicle service needs
• Generate accurate service orders and communicate them to the service department
• Provide recommendations for additional services based on vehicle inspections
• Coordinate with mechanics to ensure timely completion of services
• Educate customers on maintenance and repair services available
• Assist with sales of automotive parts and accessories

Requirements

• Prior experience in service writing or a related field
• Knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair services
• Strong customer service skills
• Familiarity with oil changes, tire services, brake repairs, and transmission work
• Ability to work collaboratively with mechanics and sales staff

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $10.50 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

Shift:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift

Work Days:

• Every weekend
• Monday to Friday

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)

Ability to Commute:

• Guam, GU (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Guam, GU: Relocate before starting work (Required)
