■ Key Responsibilities
1. Legal Client Intake Specialist
- Initial Inquiry Process: Respond to inbound inquiries via phone/online with warmth and professionalism.
- Assessment & Scheduling: Conduct initial case assessment and schedule consultations with the professional team.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions to ensure a seamless handoff.
- Follow-up: Proactively manage follow-ups to ensure high client satisfaction.
2. SEO Marketing Associate (Technical & Systems)
- Optimization: Manage robots.txt, sitemaps, and monitor crawling/indexing issues.
- On-Page SEO: Optimize metadata, header structures, and site performance (Core Web Vitals).
- Data Analysis: Use GA4 and Google Search Console to track organic traffic and produce weekly performance reports.
- Link Building: Oversee backlink profiles and support integrated marketing efforts.
3. Local SEO & Digital Content Marketing Associate
- GBP Management: Maximize visibility on Google Maps through profile updates, posts, and review management.
- Content Creation: Draft professional long-form blog content and landing page copy tailored to the U.S. market.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure 100% accuracy of brand information across Google, Apple Maps, and Yelp.
4. Paid Search Associate
- Campaign Operations: Assist in setting up Google Search/Display ads and drafting high-converting ad copy.
- Budget Management: Monitor daily spend and CPC fluctuations to prevent budget leakage.
- Performance Tracking: Record conversion data and support data-driven decision-making.
5. Visual & UI Designer
- Digital Interface Design: Design intuitive layouts for homepages and landing pages to enhance UX.
- Marketing Assets: Create high-impact visuals for LinkedIn, social media ads, and newsletters.
- Brand Stewardship: Maintain brand guidelines (logos, typography, color palettes) across all platforms.
6. Operations Coordinator (HR & Admin)
- Financial Admin: Manage receipts/invoices and support payroll processing.
- HR Support: Post job openings, coordinate interviews, and monitor time-tracking/attendance records.
- Office Management: Oversee office supplies, vendor communications, and facility maintenance

[Role-Specific Requirements]
1. Legal Client Intake Specialist
- Basic Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (preferred majors: Communications, Business, Psychology, Law, or related fields).
- Competencies: Experience in inbound phone handling or face-to-face customer service; a strong service-oriented mindset.
- Preferences: Interest in the legal service industry; experience with CRM or intake software; Multilingual skills (Highly preferred).
2. SEO Marketing Associate
- Basic Requirements: Foundational understanding of search engine mechanics (crawling, indexing, ranking) and basic knowledge of web technologies such as HTML and CSS.
- Competencies: Proficiency in (or a strong drive to master) GA4 and Google Search Console, excellent data-driven communication skills, and a proactive attitude toward staying ahead of evolving SEO trends and algorithm updates.
- Preferences: We highly value candidates with experience in GEO/AEO strategies for AI platforms (e.g., SearchGPT, Perplexity) or technical SEO, including JavaScript rendering and server log analysis. Familiarity with industry-standard tools like Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, and Semrush is preferred, as is a background in SQL/Python for data analysis or experience managing enterprise-level, multilingual site architectures.
3. Local SEO & Digital Content Marketing Associate
- Basic Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, with a preferred focus on Google Ads or digital marketing.
- Competencies: Exceptional English copywriting skills with a deep understanding of U.S. cultural nuances and local consumer trends, along with the ability to independently manage and modify websites using CMS platforms like WordPress or Wix.
- Preferences: Candidates who possess a sophisticated understanding of map-based search algorithms and have a proven track record of measurable success in improving local search rankings and brand visibility are highly preferred.
4. Paid Search Associate
- Basic Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with a genuine passion for and relevant background in digital marketing.
- Competencies: Proficiency in managing Performance Max (PMax) campaigns and a solid grasp of implementing automated bidding strategies to maximize ROAS.
- Preferences: We give preference to candidates with experience in conversion optimization through A/B testing for ad creatives and landing pages. A strong technical understanding of tracking setups via GA4 and Google Tag Manager (GTM) is valued, and a Google Ads Certification is a significant advantage.
5. Visual & UI Designer
- Basic Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or practical experience in marketing visual production and digital design.
- Competencies: Exceptional ability to create professional internal documents and presentation templates (MS Office/Google Workspace) and a refined sense of UI/UX for digital interfaces.
- Preferences: Experience in a fast-paced web agency environment is a plus. We are looking for candidates with mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite who have a keen eye for current U.S. design trends and platform-specific layout requirements (e.g., LinkedIn) to maintain a cohesive brand identity.
6. Operations Coordinator
- Basic Requirements: High level of financial integrity and security consciousness; ability to handle sensitive and confidential financial data with extreme care.
- Competencies: Exceptional numerical accuracy and Excel proficiency (functions, data organization); efficient communication skills for vendor and service center management.
- Preferences: Experience with Clio and Microsoft Teams; strong preference for candidates with experience in U.S. Payroll system management.
