The Alexander Technology Group is working with a high-tech company in Westford, MA to identify an IT Support Specialist. The right candidate for this IT Support Specialist position will be the first touch point for IT hardware, software, and networking inquiries from global employees through a ticketing que. This position requires a minimum of 1 year helpdesk experience. The IT Support Specialist must have excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service. This will be a contract position with the ability to turn permanent. Candidates must be able to be onsite in Westford 5 days a week
