We’re currently seeking an energetic, people-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our expanding team. Our ideal candidate is someone who genuinely enjoys helping others, communicates with empathy and confidence, and thrives in an environment where learning and growth never stop.
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the face of our company and our client’s brand, engaging directly with customers, answering questions, solving problems, and guiding them toward wireless and internet solutions that improve their day-to-day lives. You’ll also play a key role in ensuring every customer interaction reflects our company’s values of integrity, professionalism, and excellence in service.
Customer Service Representative (CSR) Responsibilities
- Engage directly with customers in person to answer questions, resolve concerns, and ensure a seamless sales and service experience.
- Serve as a brand representative, delivering exceptional customer care while assisting with service enrollments and product education.
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions, account updates, and service orders for efficient follow-up and support.
- Track and manage sales activity, ensuring progress toward team and individual goals.
- Identify common customer needs or challenges and collaborate with the team to recommend process improvements.
Customer Service Representative Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- A customer-first attitude and natural ability to problem-solve in real time.
- Previous customer service or sales experience preferred, but we welcome individuals eager to learn.
- Bilingual skills are a plus (not required).
- Tech-savvy and adaptable, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Positive, motivated, and ready to start immediately or in the near future.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week
