VSI is a wholesaler/manufacturer of wastewater treatment tanks and pump stations. We sell to contractors and supply companies in Virginia. Our online store (septic-direct.com) sells onsite wastewater products nationwide.

VSI is looking for a highly organized IT/Marketing Manager to help with creating and implementing marketing campaigns through digital platforms (i.e. Facebook, Google, Website, etc.) and general computer networking/programing. Candidate will ensure that adequate IT infrastructure and networking is in place and uses proper protocol and connection medium .The ideal candidate MUST be proficient in excel/sheets. Candidate will also be tasked with data-entry goals as well as e-commerce deployment and maintenance trough Woocommerce. Candidate will also be required to build workflow applications through Filemaker.

Responsibilities

• Building and Maintenance of new website
• Implementing new app with app developer
• Batching data (i.e. spreadsheets) in-and-out of computer applications
• Website/ecommerce deployment, maintenance and day-to-day operations (i.e. Woocommerce)
• Managing online store
• Data Entry into Work-Flow applications (i.e. Filemaker, Xero, etc.)
• Perform regular upgrades to ensure systems remain updated
• Perform regular backups (i.e. cload, server and cold)
• Troubleshoot system failures or bugs and provide solutions to restore functionality

Skills

• Proven experience as computer technician or similar role
• Word/Excel and Google Sheets (Required)
• G Suites (Required)
• Filemaker (Preferred)
• Photoshop (Required)
• AutoCAD (Preferred)
• Experience with LAN/WAN networks
• Thorough knowledge of computer systems and IT components
• Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Very good communication abilities
• Exceptional organizing and time-management skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
