The Role We are seeking a Software Developer to join our team of 12 and help build our next generation of applications. You will be responsible for creating new solutions and improving existing ones with a focus on our core tech stack. This is an ideal opportunity for a self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment and wants to make a significant impact.

What We're Looking For

• Technical Skills: Experience with our core tech stack: React, C#, .NET, SQL, and Blazor. We have a preference for backend-heavy skillsets, but are flexible for the right candidate.
• Experience: We are open to candidates with a range of experience, from junior-level with internship experience and a high GPA to those with 5-10 years of experience.
• Passion for Coding: A demonstrated passion for coding and a self-starter mentality are essential for success in our culture.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
