Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled IT Systems Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security of systems. This role requires an understanding of system architecture, networking, and ERP systems, as well as the ability to implement solutions that enhance our operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Help administer and manage IT infrastructure including servers, storage, and networking components.
• Help employees troubleshoot their systems in person and remotely (software and hardware).
• Ensure system security through effective firewall management and information security best practices.
• Collaborate with existing IT employee and our operations team to ensure user efficiency.
• Help manage company-wide email, online software logins, and security systems.
• Troubleshoot issues related to operating systems (Windows/ERP), and other network services.

Qualifications

• Experience in system administration and IT infrastructure management.
• Familiarity with cloud services.
• Proficiency in Microsoft programming and ERP Systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with our team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $34.50 - $39.50 per hour
