Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to prospective.
• Assist with inquiries and follow up with answers and solutions
• Maintain accurate records of communications and data entry tasks.
• Collaborate with the staff to understand program offerings and effectively communicate them.
• Handle inbound calls and respond to emails promptly with professionalism.
• Support initiatives by distributing solutions and engaging with the clients and customers.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools for reporting and communication purposes.

• Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or education is a plus.
• Proven experience in customer service or sales roles, preferably in an educational setting.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly demeanor.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous but not required.
