Jr. Full Stack Developer – Lake Barrington, IL

$50,000-$60,000 annually (based on experience)

As a Junior Full Stack Engineer on our TechOps Team, you'll work on the full technology stack that powers our benefit platforms. From backend APIs to front-end interfaces, you'll help build, maintain, and improve the tools that drive our operations and Member experience. You'll also work with data analysis and reporting, using tools like pandas to process and analyze operational data. Additionally, you'll get exposure to AI and automation projects as we continue to expand our capabilities.

What You’ll Work On:

• Build and maintain internal and external web apps using modern frameworks
• Collaborate with product and design teams to create intuitive user experiences
• Assist with API integrations and backend service development
• Debug, test, and improve software for stability and scalability
• Support AI-related projects (a plus but not required)

What We’re Looking For:

• Some hands-on experience with both front-end and back-end development
• Required: Python
• An eager and fast learner with solid problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and frameworks like React or Vue
• Basic backend experience with Node.js, (Flask/Django), or similar
• Experience with data analysis and manipulation using tools like pandas, polars, SQL, or similar
• Understanding of relational databases and SQL
• Interest or experience in AI and machine learning is a big plus
• Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred but not required
