Overview
We're looking for a skilled UI/UX Designer to create user-centered and visually compelling designs for our platform. In this role, you will be a key contributor to our product's evolution, working on everything from user research and wireframing to visual design and prototyping. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a strong grasp of design principles and a passion for building robust, scalable, and user-friendly applications.
Responsibilities
User Research: Conduct user research, surveys, and interviews to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- UX Design: Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to design intuitive and efficient user experiences.
- UI Design: Develop high-fidelity mockups and visual designs that align with our brand and product style guide.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to understand user needs, define technical requirements, and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability.
- Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices, and actively contribute to improving our development processes and tech stack.
Scalability: Design and build systems that can handle a high volume of users and data, ensuring the platform remains fast and reliable as we grow.
Qualifications
4 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or a similar role.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, and analytics tools such as Pendo/Fullstory/Amplitude
- Experience with user research, wireframing, and prototyping.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design work.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A basic understanding of the hospitality industry and related technology is a plus.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
