Duties

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and courtesy.
• Provide accurate information regarding our services while assisting customers with their requests.
• Analyze customer issues to identify solutions and escalate complex problems as necessary.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry into our systems.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering timely and effective support.
• Utilize phone etiquette skills to create a positive experience for each caller.
• Support multilingual clients by providing assistance in their preferred language when applicable.

Skills

• Proven experience in customer support or client services is highly desirable.
• Strong support skills with the ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Excellent analytical skills to assess situations and propose effective resolutions.
• Proficient typing abilities for efficient data entry and documentation.
• Exceptional phone etiquette, ensuring a professional demeanor during all interactions.
• Multilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
• Familiarity with computerized systems for managing customer information and support requests.
• Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are an asset.
