Role Summary

As a Full Stack Developer, you will architect, develop, and maintain modern web applications and CMS-driven websites across multiple platforms. You’ll work closely with designers, strategists, and fellow developers to implement performant, secure, and maintainable solutions that align with client business objectives. This role requires strong technical judgment, clean coding practices, and comfort working across the full web stack.

Core Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack web solutions using modern front-end and back-end technologies
• Build and customize CMS and eCommerce platforms including Drupal, Umbraco, WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce, HubSpot, and Kentico
• Develop reusable, modular components and custom themes/plugins
• Implement responsive, accessible UI using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (and modern frameworks where applicable)
• Develop server-side logic, APIs, and data integrations
• Integrate third-party services and back-end data sources
• Debug, optimize, and refactor existing codebases for performance, security, and scalability
• Ability to develop and create bespoke platforms and webapps to meet best practices, industry standards.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices
• Collaborate in an agile workflow to estimate effort, scope features, and meet delivery timelines
• Provide technical leadership and contribute to architectural decisions

Technical Accountabilities

• Build and maintain responsive, cross-browser compatible applications
• Ensure application performance, security, and reliability
• Follow version control and collaboration workflows (e.g., Git)
• Write clean, documented, and testable code
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement long-term fixes

Technical Skills & Requirements

• Strong proficiency in:
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Server-side development (e.g., PHP, .NET, Node.js or similar)
• Experience working with relational databases and data modeling
• Hands-on experience with CMS and eCommerce platforms such as Drupal, Umbraco, WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce, HubSpot, Kentico
• Familiarity with REST APIs, integrations, and third-party services
• Understanding of web performance optimization, security best practices, and accessibility standards
• Experience working in an agency or multi-project environment preferred
• Knowledge of how development supports SEO, analytics, and digital marketing performance

Experience

• 3–5 years of professional full stack development experience
• Proven track record of delivering production-ready web solutions

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
