About the Job:

Walker Construction is looking for hardworking, reliable individuals to join our field crew as Construction Laborers. You’ll work directly under a Job Foreman to support a variety of tasks, including hand work, setting panels, light carpentry, soil grading, compacting, and more.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with daily job site setup and cleanup
• Use hand tools and power tools to support construction tasks
• Rake, shovel, compact soil, and move materials
• Load/unload forms, rebar, and other materials
• Follow instructions from the Foreman and communicate clearly with your crew
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous construction or trade experience preferred, but not required
• A strong work ethic and the ability to show up on time, ready to work
• Ability to lift up to 50–100 lbs, kneel, bend, and work outdoors in all weather
• Willingness to work overtime when needed
• Valid driver’s license preferred

Schedule & Location:

• Monday–Friday day shifts (some overtime available)
• Work is on-site and in-person
• Must be willing to travel to job sites (transportation from shop available)

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
