CDEK USA, LLC is urgently hiring warehouse associates for our New Castle, DE location.

We want to be very clear upfront: this is a small team, a calm working environment, and a place where people are treated with respect.

No yelling managers, no chaos, no pressure for no reason. We work steadily, help each other, and expect the same in return.

This is a light-duty warehouse job — most packages weigh only 2–4 lbs, so it’s much easier than typical warehouse work with heavy lifting.

Our warehouse is fully air-conditioned and heated, which is rare and makes a big difference, especially in summer and winter.

What you’ll be doing:

• Scanning and processing parcels for daily and weekly shipments

• Attaching shipping labels

• Sorting and bagging boxes by destination

• Simple computer work using scanners and our warehouse system

Schedule & Pay:

• Monday – Friday

• Standard shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch)

• Flexible scheduling possible

• Overtime available

• Weekly pay (1099)

• Year-round, stable work
