We’re hiring a UX/UI Designer for a remote opportunity supporting EST hours with a large healthcare client. This is a 5-month extendable contract opportunity.

Join the client’s Innovation team to design patient experiences related to innovative medicine initiatives. This role involves creating clean and effective user experiences by collaborating with product management, engineering, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors to build solutions that meet user and business needs.

There is no application deadline for this role.

UX/UI Designer Responsibilities:

• Ensure that established design standards are consistently and appropriately applied within design work.

• Engage with product management, engineering, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors to understand project needs.

• Develop and present documentation, user flows, annotated wireframes, and interactive prototypes.

• Leverage user testing to make product improvements.

UX/UI Designer Qualifications:

• 4+ years of dedicated UX/UI and/or Product Design experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.

• Expert-level proficiency in Figma and the willingness to learn other tools are essential.

• Ability to incorporate feedback and diverse perspectives into successful design solutions is required.

• Experience planning and conducting user research at various stages of the design process and a strong understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing best practices.
