Job Opening: Asphalt Paving Operators & Laborers Wanted

• Asphalt Paving Machine Operators
• General Laborers (Asphalt Crew)

Location: [Phoenix, Arizona]
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Competitive wages (based on experience) + potential overtime

Requirements:

• Previous experience in asphalt paving (preferred)
• Ability to work in outdoor conditions and perform physical labor
• Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic
• Must be a team player and follow safety protocols

Responsibilities

• Operate paving equipment, including but not limited to pavers, rollers, loaders, skid steers, and other misc. equipment.
• Contribute to the overall construction process.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within specifications.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 60 per week
