- Work with client data sources, websites, and CRMs to ensure accurate tracking and reliable automation.

Creative Direction & Conversion Optimization
- Direct email design and layout with a strong understanding of UI, UX, and how design impacts conversions.
- Collaborate with designers and copywriters to ensure emails are on-brand, readable, and optimized for performance.
- Test and optimize subject lines, layouts, CTAs, and content structure.
Platforms & Tools
- Own execution across platforms including Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, SendGrid, Hootsuite, and other ESPs as required by clients.
- Stay current on platform capabilities, limitations, and best practices to inform strategy and execution.
Performance, Reporting & Optimization
- Analyze email performance and translate data into insights and recommendations.
- Tie email metrics to attributable value, including revenue, conversions, retention, and assisted performance.
- Report clearly on performance, testing outcomes, and next steps to internal teams and clients.
Client & Team Collaboration
- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Present strategy, results, and recommendations with confidence.
- Collaborate with paid media, web, and analytics teams to align email with broader marketing efforts.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of hands-on email marketing experience, preferably in an agency environment.
- Strong technical understanding of ESP setup, flows, integrations, and data structure.
- Experience directing email design with a conversion-focused mindset.
- Proficiency across major platforms such as Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, SendGrid, and similar tools.
