Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Provisioning Manager to oversee the deployment and activation of IT/MSP services and Telcom (Broadband, Dedicated, Mobility). This pivotal role is based in Dallas, TX and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our success.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Management: Develop policies, procedures, and standards for the installation and maintenance of resources, including network infrastructure and services.
• Workflow Optimization: Identify and eliminate friction points in installation and provisioning to create scalable, efficient processes. Establish measurable KPIs.
• Resource Coordination: Manage the entire lifecycle of assets, from procurement to deployment.
• Vendor Relations: Coordinate with vendors and external clients to clarify requirements, manage service level agreements (SLAs), and confirm delivery timelines.
• Documentation & Accuracy: Maintain accurate records in internal tracking systems, ensuring data integrity.
• Team Leadership: Supervise MSP/provisioning staff, assigning projects, monitoring performance, and providing ongoing training.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Technical Proficiency: Broad understanding of IT/MSP services and Telcom (Broadband, Dedicated, Mobility). Familiarity with Carrier Portals/software, system configuration, NOC/SOC, Carrier Processes. Additional knowledge of IT infrastructure (e.g., Firewalls, Routers, Switches, WAPs, SDWAN, IoT).
• Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple customers, and fast-paced project deployment under tight deadlines.
• Communication & Leadership: Strong communication skills for stakeholder management and team leadership. Ability to build on accountability while striving for excellence. Along with streamlining and improving on work flows.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data to improve efficiency for, post-go-live, provisioning, Managed Services, and/or inventory issues.

Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm in office

Starting Salary: Commensurate on Experience
